  • We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. If you do not carry a credit card with the logos above, we recommend Bank Direct Transfer as an alternative.

  • If your order status is on Order Placed: Please log-in to your account and click the Cancel Order button on \\\Orders\\\'
  • If your order status is on Processed / Shipped: Unfortunately we cannot your process a refund because your package is now packing or have been shipped.
  • To change your order or the information on the order, please contact mycosmetic2014@gmail.com or +60 (0)3 6261 3087 immediately. Please note, it may be difficult to change your order once your order status is on Processed or Shipped.
  • We, MYCOSMETIC.MY, absolutely assist if you do not receive the order or if you receive the damaged & spoiled product. Please e-mail us the photo of consignment note & damaged product photos with Refund Application Form in the following format :

  • Once you have completed the form, please email it to us at mycosmetic2014@gmail.com. If you have any difficulties or problems, please do not hesitate to contact us at 03 6261 3087. Our administrator will contact you once your request is confirmed, and then we will proceed with refunds, reshipments and exchanges based on your feedback within 14 working days
  • Once your payment has been confirmed we will send you an order confirmation email. Please check if you have received an email and if you have not we advise you to contact mycosmetic2014@gmail.com
  • We only ship to Malaysia for the time being.
    • For West Malaysia : RM6/kg
    • For East Malaysia : RM12/kg
  • Delivery of the Products shall only be available to designated areas in Malaysia and to the address specified by the Customer in an Order, provided that such address falls within the Designated delivery areas. Customers are advised to check at the point of placing an Order, the Designated delivery areas and MYCOSMETIC.MY shall be entitled to reject any delivery which is not within the Designated delivery areas.
 
  •  The delivery hours are within 9.00 am to 6.00 pm on a Business Day (“Delivery Hours”) subject to any revision as shall be determined by MYCOSMETIC.MY at its absolute discretion as it deems fit and MYCOSMETIC.MY shall not be liable to any Customer for such revision. Any request for deliveries after the Delivery Hours is subject to the discretion of MYCOSMETIC.MY and additional charges may apply. Customers are advised to call MYCOSMETIC.MY’s contact number(03 6261 3087), if he/she wishes to request for a specific delivery date and time at the time of placing an Order subject to the availability of the Delivery Provider.
 
  •  Subject to the terms herein, any Order placed before 3.00pm on a Business Day will be subject to the following delivery periods:
    • 
For deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia, Products will be delivered between 2 to 7 Business days.
    • For deliveries within East Malaysia, Products will be delivered within 14 to 21 Business days.
    • For Products that consist of bulky items and/or that which require installation, delivery periods may vary.
 
  • Orders placed after 3.00pm on any day shall be considered as orders which are placed on the following Business Day. Notwithstanding the above, the delivery periods may be changed and revised from time to time by MYCOSMETIC.MY as it deems fit at its absolute discretion and MYCOSMETIC.MY shall not be liable to any Customer for delay due to reasons beyond its control.
 
  •  MYCOSMETIC.MY will inform the Customer if it is unable to meet an estimated delivery date or time or delivery period. In the event a Customer is not present at the address upon delivery then attempts will be made to fulfill the delivery and the Customer shall inform MYCOSMETIC.MY(03 6261 3087) to re-schedule the delivery.
 
  •  Customers are advised to call the MYCOSMETIC.MY contact number(03 6261 3087) and speak for further details on delivery terms before placing an Order for any Product.
  • Up to a certain period of time, you can search on each shipping company's shipping tracking site. Once your order has shipped, we will email you the shipping number & the site address for tracking your shipment.
  • We look forward to building a website that allows you to track your shipments quickly.
  • If it is our fault after confirmation, we will refund or resend according to your opinion.

General POLICY

  • For all returns, customers will be responsible for the delivery fee. MYCOSMETIC.MY will only be responsible for the delivery charge if products are missing, damaged or incorrect. *All items during “Specific Promotions” and ‘Gifts’ are not eligible for refunds, exchange, or store credit. (Please check with mycosmetic2014@gmail.com for promotion information)
  • Items purchased on mycosmetic.my must be returned via shipping carrier only. Returns cannot be hand-delivered to our office.

** MYCOSMETIC.MY reserves the right to deny a return if the item is deemed as counterfeit. Counterfeit items are not eligible for exchange or refund and will be returned to sender. MYCOSMETIC accepts returns for un-packed product and has the right to deny a return or exchange at any time.)


CONDITIONS

  • All products must be returned in new condition. We do not accept damaged sealing or used products, these products may be sent back to the customer.
  • Gifts and samples from the purchase must be returned with the package. Please note, no refund of any kind will be issued until the free gift is received.

REFUNDS

  • Please provide mycosmetic2014@gmail.com with 'Consignment Note' & 'Order Number' from your carrier of the package you are returning. Once you have provided us with 'Consignment Note' & 'Order Number', a refund will be processed within 21 business days. Also please retain the tracking number of your return package for your records. MYCOSMETIC.MY is not responsible for return packages that are not received at our office.
