Our administrator will contact you once your request is confirmed, and then we will proceed with refunds, reshipments and exchanges based on your feedback within 14 working days
- To change your order or the information on the order, please contact mycosmetic2014@gmail.com or +60 (0)3 6261 3087 immediately. Please note, it may be difficult to change your order once your order status is on Processed or Shipped.
