03 RETURNS & REFUNDS
- For all returns, customers will be responsible for the delivery fee. MYCOSMETIC.MY will only be responsible for the delivery charge if products are missing, damaged or incorrect. *All items during “Specific Promotions” and ‘Gifts’ are not eligible for refunds, exchange, or store credit. (Please check with email@example.com for promotion information)
- Items purchased on mycosmetic.my must be returned via shipping carrier only. Returns cannot be hand-delivered to our office.
** MYCOSMETIC.MY reserves the right to deny a return if the item is deemed as counterfeit. Counterfeit items are not eligible for exchange or refund and will be returned to sender. MYCOSMETIC accepts returns for un-packed product and has the right to deny a return or exchange at any time.)
- All products must be returned in new condition. We do not accept damaged sealing or used products, these products may be sent back to the customer.
- Gifts and samples from the purchase must be returned with the package. Please note, no refund of any kind will be issued until the free gift is received.
- Please provide firstname.lastname@example.org with 'Consignment Note' & 'Order Number' from your carrier of the package you are returning. Once you have provided us with 'Consignment Note' & 'Order Number', a refund will be processed within 21 business days. Also please retain the tracking number of your return package for your records. MYCOSMETIC.MY is not responsible for return packages that are not received at our office.
RETRUN & REFUND when you do not receive the order & when you receive the damaged or spoiled product
- We, MYCOSMETIC.MY, absolutely assist if you do not receive the order or if you receive the damaged & spoiled product. Please e-mail us the photo of consignment note & damaged product photos with Refund Application Form in the following format :

Our administrator will contact you once your request is confirmed, and then we will proceed with refunds, reshipments and exchanges based on your feedback within 14 working days
